TailFax Broker Plan Terms

1. The plan

The TailFax Broker Plan gives its subscriber unlimited TailFax report downloads while the plan is active, and lets them create customised TailFaxes and listing pages for aircraft they are authorised to market. Every report downloaded on the plan is stamped with the subscriber's name and email address on each page, and every download is logged.

2. One named user

The broker plan is licensed to one named individual. It is not transferable and may not be shared. Accounts used by more than one person may be suspended. Teams: contact us.

3. Free trial

A new subscriber starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is taken when you sign up and nothing is charged during the trial. During the trial you may download at most 10 TailFax reports. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing and your access ends when the trial ends; otherwise the plan starts automatically at the end of the trial. One free trial per person: a card, an email address or an account that has had a trial does not get another.

4. Price, renewal and cancellation

The plan costs $199 a month, charged automatically at the end of the trial and every month after that. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; the plan then runs to the end of the month already paid. Payments are not refunded once the trial has ended. If a payment fails, access continues for 35 days after the last paid invoice and then ends.

5. Customised TailFaxes and listing pages

Each customised TailFax and each listing page costs $10 and is not refundable. When you create one, you confirm that you are authorised by the registered owner to market the aircraft. A share link that a buyer has already opened keeps working for 90 days after your plan ends; no new buyer can open it after the plan ends.

6. Content you provide

When you submit a customised TailFax or a listing, you confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the photos and information you provide, and that they are accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant TailFax a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, copy, modify, display and create derived works from this content, including for valuations, statistics and data products, during and after your subscription. This does not cover your personal contact details, which are handled under the Privacy policy. Each time you save a customised TailFax or publish a listing, the wording you agreed to is recorded with the date and time.

7. The reports themselves

TailFax reports are assembled from public FAA and NTSB records and are not an inspection or a damage history. The TailFax terms of service in force describe what a report is and is not, and apply to every report downloaded on the plan.

8. Changes to these terms

A new version of these terms is published on the broker plan page with the date it takes effect. The version you agreed to is recorded with your subscription.
