What we do with it

Stripe processes payments and refunds.
Resend delivers our emails.
Our staff have an in-app assistant that sends their questions and the data it looks up to an AI model provider (Anthropic). It is not available to buyers, and its tools are blocked from the customer and order records. It reads contact messages and privacy requests so they can be handled in the app (owner decision D70).
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Opting out

Because nothing is sold or shared for advertising, there is no sale to opt out of, and you do not need to do anything. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it happens and will offer a way to opt out.

Ask us not to sell or share your personal information, to tell you what we hold, to correct it or to delete it. We reply to the email address you give, and may first ask you to confirm it's you.

The FAA and NTSB records on this site are public records that we republish; what a deletion request does to them is a decision the site's owner has not yet made.
