The Baby Ace is Orland Corben's single-seat parasol of 1929, revived by Paul Poberezny as the Model D in the 1950s and the plans-built aeroplane on which the EAA homebuilding movement was founded: steel tube, wood and fabric, 575 lb empty, 950 lb gross, a 65 hp Continental and figures of 100 mph cruise, a 35 mph stall and 350 miles.
