Cessna's postwar executive transport, built 1947-1954: an all-metal, radial-engined, five-seat tailwheel aeroplane in polished aluminium that looks like nothing else flying. The 190 has the 240 hp Continental W670 radial; the 195 has the 300 hp Jacobs R-755; the 195A (1950) a 245 hp Jacobs and the 195B (1952) a 275 hp Jacobs with flaps enlarged by half. Bought today by people who want a classic that is genuinely usable.
