The Columbia 300 (LC40-550FG), certified in 2000 by Lancair's certified division (the Lancair Company), was the first of the line that became the Columbia 350/400 and Cessna TTx: a composite four-seat single derived from the Lancair ES kit with a normally aspirated 310 hp Continental, fixed gear and a side-stick, cruising at 185 knots.
