The Maule M-4, where the line starts: the 1962 Bee Dee M-4 and M-4C Jetasen with a 145 hp Continental O-300, and the M-4-220C Rocket with the 220 hp Franklin six. A four-seat fabric-and-tube taildragger with enormous flaps and short-field performance alongside a Super Cub's while carrying twice the people.
