The Seminole, the standard multi-engine trainer of the American flight-training industry, built 1979-82, 1989-90 and continuously since 1995: a four-seat light twin with two 180 hp Lycomings turning in opposite directions. The PA-44-180T Turbo Seminole (1981-82) is the rare turbocharged version; current aircraft have the Garmin G1000.
