The Tecnam P92 Eaglet is the US light-sport version of Tecnam's P92, the Italian high-wing two-seater first flown in 1993 that is one of the most-built light aircraft of its generation: aluminium with a fabric-covered tail, a Rotax 912ULS, 785 lb empty and 1,323 lb gross, with Tecnam quoting 115 knots maximum cruise, a 39-knot stall, 960 fpm and 700 nm. The Echo, Echo Super and the P92-TD taildragger are the same airframe.
