Cessna 336 Skymaster
1 model built 1963–1964 · 35 on the US register today
The Cessna 336 Skymaster, the original push-pull twin of 1963-64: fixed gear, two fuel-injected Continental IO-360s (210 hp for takeoff, 195 hp continuous) and the centreline-thrust layout that removes asymmetric yaw when an engine stops. Only 195 were built before the retractable 337 Super Skymaster replaced it in 1965; it is the slowest and cheapest way into a Skymaster, and every airframe is a 1963 or 1964.
