Rockwell Commander 112 and 114

The Commander 112 and 114, built by Rockwell 1972-1979 and revived by Commander Aircraft Company 1992-2002, all on type certificate A12SO: a four-seat retractable with a notably wide cabin and a door on each side. The 112 has 200 hp (the 112A a strengthened airframe); the 114 a 260 hp Lycoming IO-540 (the 114A Gran Turismo a higher weight and three-blade propeller); the 114B of the 1990s a 28-volt system, cleaner cowl and new interior.
