The Escapade is the two-seat fabric-covered high-wing kit that Just Aircraft of South Carolina and Reality Aircraft in England developed together, first flown in 2003 and the parent of the Highlander and SuperSTOL: a 28 ft 6 in folding wing, a 44-inch cabin, gear that converts between tailwheel and tricycle in an hour, 615 lb empty and 1,320 lb gross in US form, with Jane's figures of 92 mph cruise and a 26 mph stall on an 80 hp Rotax 912UL.
