The turboprop PA-46 line, built since 2000 on the same type certificate as the Malibu: the Meridian (PA-46-500TP, badged M500 from 2015) put a PT6A-42A in the Malibu airframe for 260 knots at 30,000 feet; the M600 (PA-46-600TP, 2016 on) has a new larger wing, 600 shp and the Garmin G3000, with Autoland as the M600/SLS from 2020; the M700 Fury (PA-46-701TP, 2024 on) has a 700 shp PT6A-52.
