The TBM, a single-engine turboprop built for speed rather than volume, in production since 1990: 300 knots and more in a pressurised six-seat cabin on a single PT6. Every TBM is certified as a TBM 700: the 700A, 700B (wide door) and 700C1/C2 (cargo compartment, higher weight) under Socata, and the 700N designation covering the TBM 850, 900, 910, 930, 940 and 960 built by Socata and then Daher.
