Cessna CitationJet / CJ series (525)
4 models built 1993–present · 1,333 on the US register today
The CitationJet family, all on type certificate A1WI and designated 525: Cessna took the Citation I's fuselage, gave it a new laminar-flow wing, a T-tail and two small Williams FJ44 turbofans, and produced a jet one pilot could fly. The 525 is the CitationJet/CJ1/CJ1+/M2, the 525A the stretched CJ2/CJ2+, the 525B the longer CJ3/CJ3+ with a proper lavatory, and the 525C the CJ4 with a moderately swept wing — the largest of the line.
